Role

We’re looking for a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join our studio team in Cardiff.

The role will primarily focus on assisting with the design, development and delivery of a range of bespoke residential and commercial projects across the UK. Candidates will have the opportunity to contribute throughout the architectural process, from early concept design and visual communication through to technical development and project delivery.

As a small and collaborative studio, there may also be opportunities to become involved in wider aspects of practice life, including visual storytelling, marketing, social media and the communication of our work, depending on individual interests and strengths.

Experience / Attributes:

  1. Strong design skills

  2. Interest in materials, construction methodology and detailing

  3. Proactive, organised and diligent approach to work

  4. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

  5. Happy to travel nationally as required for projects

Software / Proficiencies:

  1. Hand drawing and sketching

  2. Vectorworks (2D and 3D)

  3. Adobe Creative Suite

  4. SketchUp

  5. General good level of computer literacy
