We’ve just released the first in a series of short films that gives you a glimpse into what it feels like to live in the homes we make.
Architecture elevates simple moments in life – from the morning ritual of making coffee, to the emotional reassurance a home provides in sheltering us from storms in life and nature.
The Feeling of Things –
Emotion is the primary quality in our encounter with architecture. The feeling of things, the atmosphere and physical interactions within our homes cannot always be captured in a series of stills, but always remarked upon by our clients. Homes need time and the medium of film provides an opportunity for you to dive deeper into our world.
Almost Nothing –
Our clients have kindly allowed exclusive access to our filmmakers – to capture what often can’t be caught. The simple moments in life that are difficult to explain; the feeling of tranquilly, mindfulness and silence that makes up the alchemy and atmosphere of home.
We will be covering our award-winning homes, including those recently completed and of course, our latest work on site.
The idea? A poetic journey that speaks of an architecture that falls back to almost nothing, in order to bring forth your life.
