Castle High Wins RSAW Award

“Castle High is ambitious yet sensitive in form and scale, bringing together old and new in an arrangement that respects and responds to the site’s location, climate, and character – a legacy this committed client can be rightfully proud of passing on to future generations.”
RIBA Journal

“This labour of love is testament to both the architects’ enduring vision and the client’s hard work, persistence, and dedication.”
RIBA Award Jury

We are honoured to announce that Castle High has received the RSAW (Royal Society of Architects Wales) award after an evening in the centre of Cardiff.

The project although commenced 10 years ago has been a labour of love for our client who carried out most of the construction work themselves as funds became available. Now with the family happily moved in - it’s fulfilling its purpose as a zero-energy, fun family, multi generational home.

As with our recent Quatrefoil House award - we would again like to extend our huge thanks to our consultants, specialists, craftspeople, and clients for their commitment throughout this journey. For further in-depth articles and publications regarding the project please follow the links below.
