The buildings concern is the past, that's why its personality is introverted, it looks down, in front at the task in hand. The building is purely self referential and portrays a kind of mistaken arrogance.
At night there is a kind of reversal of form. It becomes a flux of human activity an evident place of happenings and goings on. A 'light box'. Placed on a plinth above the sensitive landscape it attempts to give an obtrusive scale-less presence.
