A feasibility study for a mixed use scheme located in the heart of Mumbles. In collaboration with London + Oriental Homes Ltd.

The concept took precedence from the intimate scale of local boutiques and art galleries nearby; represented in the study model as objects of colour.

This intimate sense of local scale was introduced to the site, creating a sense of the familiar. While overhead simple forms cascade and follow the natural slope of the topography so that each apartment may address the sea below.
